Established in 2014, the WGDECOM unites 19 experts from 12 countries in developing a process to better share radiological protection data.

The WPTES aims to address technical, environmental and safety issues in the decommissioning of nuclear installations and legacy management.

The WPMO addresses management and organisational issues for decommissioning of nuclear installations and legacy management projects.

The EGRRS supports NEA member countries to optimise the development of national radioactive waste management and decommissioning programmes through the application of robotic and remote systems.

NEA’s Working Party on the Technical, Environmental, and Safety Aspects of Decommissioning and Legacy Management gathered for a workshop on  29 November to 1 December 2022 in Paris.
