Programme

The 2026 International Nuclear Law Essentials (INLE) programme will be conducted under the leadership of Paul Bowden, Honorary Professor of Law at the Nottingham Law School.

Comprehensive lectures will be delivered by renowned specialists in nuclear law from international organisations, governments and the private sector.

Application and admission process

Requirements

Applicants should have had at least one year of relevant professional experience and a basic understanding of law as it relates to nuclear energy.

Language

All lectures and discussions take place in English; all course materials will be provided in English.

Registration fee

The registration fee for the 2026 programme is EUR 2 900. The registration fee is not subject to French taxes of any kind.

The registration fee includes admission for the participant to:

  • the general lectures and discussion sessions;
  • social events, including a welcome reception and a group dinner.

Print and electronic reference materials will be provided to INLE participants.

Costs associated with travel, accommodation, insurance, subsistence and similar expenses are not covered by the registration fee.

Venue

The INLE will be held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France.

Dress code

The dress code during the programme is business casual.
