This is the proceedings of the WGIP International Workshop held on 23-25 May 1994 in Helsinki (Finland).

The main objectives were:

To meet with inspectors from other organisations,
To exchange information regarding regulatory inspections practices,
To discuss the major topics; plants modifications; event investigation, and operability decisions,
To discuss current issues,
To develop conclusions on the topics discussed.
