At its fifth meeting, held in Paris, France on 8-10 November 2004, the Working Party on Decommissioning and Dismantling (WPPD) conducted a topical session on the Funding Issues in Connection with Decommissioning of Nuclear Power Plants. This report documents the topical session, which was meant to provide an exchange of information and experience on the ethical values, actual experiences of fund setting and management, and uncertainties in funding.
