CSNI Code Validation Matrix
Ongoing

Over the years the NEA Data Bank could collect a sizable subset of separate effects test reactor transient and LOCA integral test data (I.T.D.), as defined in the Code Validation Matrix of Document OCDE/GD(97)12.

The construction of an internationally agreed separate effects test (S.E.T.) Validation Matrix for thermal-hydraulic system codes is an attempt to systematically collect the best sets of openly available test data for code validation, assessment and improvement, including quantitative assessment of uncertainties in the modeling of individual phenomena by the codes - as outlined in the Code Validation Matrix of Document OCDE/GD(94)82 and OCDE/GD(94)83.
