The Global Forum recognises the important role nuclear education plays in shaping the nuclear energy workforce and furthermore ensuring the viability of nuclear energy in the global energy system. With this in mind, the Council of Advisors is refining methods to attract more students to nuclear engineering and building a necessary talent pipeline from university to industry. In other words, how do we make nuclear education programmes more sustainable?
