Under the guidance of the Nuclear Science Committee (NSC) , the Working Party on Nuclear Criticality Safety (WPNCS) focuses on technical and scientific issues related to criticality safety. Specific areas of interest include investigations of static and transient configurations encountered in the nuclear fuel cycle, as well as fuel fabrication, transport and storage.
The next meeting of the WPNCS, its subgroups and the SFCOMPOTRG will be held from 27 June to 1 July 2022.
