The 2023 International Nuclear Law Essentials (INLE) programme will be conducted under the leadership of Paul Bowden, Honorary Professor of Law at the Nottingham Law School.
Comprehensive lectures will be delivered by renowned specialists in nuclear law from international organisations, governments and private sector.

Applicants should have at least one year of relevant professional experience and a basic understanding of law as it relates to nuclear energy.
All lectures and discussions take place in English; all course materials are provided in English. Simultaneous interpretation is not available during the course.
The registration fee for the 2023 programme is EUR 2 200.

Print and electronic reference materials are provided to INLE participants.
The registration fee is not subject to French taxes of any kind.
Costs associated with travel, accommodation, insurance, subsistence and similar expenses are not covered by the registration fee and shall be borne exclusively by the participant.
The registration fee can be paid either: (1) online, using a credit or debit card or (2) by bank transfer. More details will be provided to those selected for the programme. Participation will be confirmed only upon payment in full of the registration fee.
The NEA will process registration fee refunds only for absence due to medically-certified illness.
Confirmed participants may have the right to transfer their registration to another person or to the next INLE session, subject to certain conditions.
The INLE will take place at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France.
The OECD provides information on local accommodations close to the Conference Centre offering preferential rates to OECD staff, delegates and visitors.
The dress code during the programme is business casual.
