Nuclear physics needs for nuclear energy technology

The NEA nuclear data stakeholder meeting, hosted at the NEA headquarters, will gather representatives from organisations that are end-users of nuclear modelling and simulation tools to exchange views on challenges, development goals and target requirements. Leading scientists and engineers, including experimentalists from basic physics laboratories, data evaluators, analysts and validation specialists, will discuss end-user needs, and how to adapt them to physics and data requirements while strengthening the direct connection between the activities of the nuclear data community and core stakeholder needs.

The workshop will bring together stakeholders from governmental, industry, academic and research institutions, non-governmental organisations from NEA member countries and beyond, as well as international organisations.
