Several NEA member countries agreed to establish the Component Operational Experience, Degradation and Ageing Programme (CODAP) to encourage co-operation in the collection and analysis of data relating to the degradation and failure of metallic piping and non-piping metallic passive components (e.g. reactor internals) in commercial nuclear power plants. The project is organised under the NEA Committee on the Safety of Nuclear Installations (CSNI). This report describes the status of CODAP at the conclusion of Phase III (2018-2020).
