Participants needed to hold a FISPACT-II license. This licence can only be granted to eligible representatives of organisations of the NEA Data Bank participating countries.

FISPACT-II (currently at release version 5.X) is an enhanced multi-physics platform providing a wide range of advanced simulation methods and employing the most up-to-date (TENDL-2019, ENDF/B-VIII.O, JENDL-4.0, JEFF-3.3, etc.) enhanced nuclear data forms for neutron, proton, alpha, deuteron, or gamma particles interactions. The workshop provided step-by-step demonstrations of FISPACT-II usage, backed up by application examples. The instructors introduced the newly developed FISPACT-II API (which was in beta release with version 5), which provided advanced interface options.
Laptops should be brought with the code already installed. If you do not succeed in installing the code, please make sure that your device has access to Wi-Fi.

The registration fee was 600 EUR. It should be received at the NEA within three weeks of course enrolment confirmation.
The fee included lunch and coffee breaks, but did not cover accommodation. Registration fees are refundable up to 18:00 CEST on 16 May 2025. After this date, they were not be refunded.
