3. DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM OR FUNCTION
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

NUMBER OF GROUPS: 100-group
NUCLIDES: H, He, Li, Be, B, C,N, O, F, Na, Mg, Al, P, S, Cl, Ar, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Cs, Gd, Ho, Lu, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Ir, Pt, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th, Pa, U, Pu.
ORIGIN: ENDF/B-4, DLC-69/ACTL, UKCTRIII
WEIGHTING SPECTRUM: Prepared from point cross section data using a 1/E weighting function, except near 14.07 MeV where a thermally broadened (T = 20 keV) fusion peak is employed. Thermal cross sections are quoted for TO = 293 kelvin being computed either from point cross sections (e.g. as in ACTL) or as 0.862 x sigma(2200) (as appropriate for a 1/v absorber in a Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution of neutron energies at temperature TO).

The nuclear cross section data library UKCTRIIIA provides multigroup neutron reaction cross section data covering the energy range from thermal to 15 MeV. It is intended, primarily, for use in studies of transmutation and activation of fusion reactor structural and coolant materials. The present document describes the content and format of the library UKCTRIIIA. The cross sections are given for the following reaction types:
(n,n') to isomer, (n,2n), (n,gamma), (n,p), (n,alpha),
(n,n'p)+(n,d), (n,n'alpha), (n,n'pn)+(n,n'd)+(n,t), (n,3n),
(n,He-3)
and for isotopes of the following nuclides:
H, He, Li, Be, B, C,N, O, F, Na, Mg, Al, P, S, Cl, Ar, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Sr, Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Sb, Cs, Gd, Ho, Lu, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Ir, Pt, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th, Pa, U, Pu.
