As usual for OECD/NEA workshops, participation is open to experts from regulatory authorities and their technical support organisations, research organizations, NPP owners and operators, NPP designers and vendors, and industry associations and observers from OECD NEA member countries. Nominations should be made through the NEA Secretariat of WGRNR. Those wishing to make a presentation at the workshop should submit an abstract with their preliminary registration form.
The meeting is open to a small number of experts from non-OECD member countries. The participation of these experts will be arranged by the NEA Secretariat.
A registration fee of $550 US dollars is required, which includes workshop fees, reception and coffee/refreshment between sessions.
The Organising Committee will confirm the acceptance of registration for the workshop.
Participants who require a visa to enter the United States are invited to contact the following NRC staff members in order to facilitate the invitation letter process.

The workshop will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and hosted by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Details on location and accommodations will be provided later.
All presentations and discussions will be in English, and good command of the English language will be necessary to fully benefit from the workshop.
Participants wishing to present and discuss issues related to the preliminary programme outlined below shall submit an abstract (between 200 and 400 words). All abstracts should be submitted by 29th June 2012. (Note: All abstracts should be submitted electronically in MS Word and "times 11" font.).
The Organising Committee will review abstracts, and authors will be notified by 15 July 2012. Presentations should not exceed 20 minutes.
Proceedings from the workshop will be published by the NEA, and will include papers from the opening session, conclusions and recommendations from the discussion groups, summary of panel discussions, and presentations and information papers submitted by participants to the workshop.
The Organising Committee will arrange the sessions and the final program for the workshop.
